5 VALUES THAT WILL BRING SPIRITUAL POWER

What does it take to live with real spiritual power? In Luke 12, Jesus turns to His closest followers and points them to five core values that serve as the foundation for a life of purpose, faith, and lasting impact. These five values are integrity, the fear of the Lord, relationship with God, witness, and honoring the Holy Spirit.

Integrity is where it begins. Jesus makes clear that everything hidden will eventually be revealed. Living in the light means aligning your private life with your public words, and when you do, revelation and spiritual clarity follow.

The fear of the Lord is widely misunderstood, especially in a culture driven by anxiety and fear of everything else. For the believer, fearing God is not about dread. It is about reverence and awe for a God who is both a consuming fire and a loving Father. Practical obedience, including tithing, consistency, and follow-through, is one of the most direct ways to train yourself in godliness.

Relationship with God is the heart of everything. God knows the number of hairs on your head. He knows you with a depth of intimacy that no other person can match. Romans 5 and Romans 8 remind us that this love is not passive. It is active, sacrificial, and powerful.

Witness carries eternal weight. Jesus calls His followers to publicly acknowledge Him, not just hold private belief. The Bible describes five heavenly crowns for those who remain faithful, lead others to Christ, love His appearing, shepherd others well, and endure suffering with faith. Every seed you plant in a conversation or relationship matters more than you know.

Honoring the Holy Spirit is the final and urgent value. Jesus gives a serious warning about blaspheming the Spirit, and then offers a powerful promise: the Holy Spirit will provide wisdom in every situation. He replaces depression with joy, worry with peace, doubt with faith, and confusion with clarity.

Whether you are searching for how to grow in your faith, how to overcome fear and anxiety, how to hear from God, or how to live with greater purpose and spiritual power, these five values from Luke 12 offer a practical and biblical foundation.

Topics covered include: spiritual growth, fear of the Lord, integrity in the Christian life, relationship with God, the Holy Spirit, Christian witness, heavenly crowns, Luke 12, faith and obedience, overcoming anxiety, and living with eternal purpose.

If you are looking for biblical teaching on how to deepen your walk with God, strengthen your faith, and live with the kind of power that comes from following Jesus closely, this message is for you.
